I got my test results back so quickly here. In fact when I didn't follow up with recommended treatment right away they called me again to emphasize how important it was for my health to follow up. The doctor and staff made every effort to make me feel welcome. They are so friendly and nice people. I have been to another local ENT who was arrogant and filled the room with his giant ego. I would not go back to him. This office took time to answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend this doctor.
