They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I felt comfortable that the medical equipment they used was up-to-date and completely safe. I knew I was in good care.
It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. What made my experience more comfortable was the doctor's bedside manner. They were very friendly and welcoming.

I love this sharp, witty cardiologist. She talks to me, not down to me. She's straightforward and thorough. I couldn't ask for a better physician. She should teach other doctors!

We highly recommend Dr. Hatfield; we were vacationing at the Cape from New York City when my Uncle fell ill. We were new to the area and not sure where to go – my Uncle had me called his cardiologist at the Columbia Presbyterian hospital in New York, the doctor ask that we cut short our vacation and return or admit him to the nearness hospital if the condition continue/ become worst. At this point our family didn’t want to take any chances and was referred to Dr. Hatfield. My Uncle asked that I post his experience with the good doctor here; he said that Dr. Hatfield was highly personable, very professional and caring and took better care of him than his current cardiologist in New York City. The care was immediate and professional; he mentioned that the good doctor was very knowledgeable and skilled. He told me that he wanted to change his cardiologist from New York to the Cape, that how much my Uncle appreciated the skill and the level of care he received from Dr. Hatfield. He said that Dr. Hatfield provided him with more information about his condition than that of his current doctor. Now my Uncle is not the type of person that raves much, but this is an unexpected exception, as well as having me post this recommendation.

Dr.Hatfield is an excellent clinician who takes great care of her patients. She is current in the latest innovations of cardiology and has great depth of knowledge in all scopes of internal medicine. She is empathetic to the needs of her patients and will spend the time to answer your questions and concerns. I would highly recommend Dr.Hatfield to my good friends and family.
