Richard A. Lewis, M.D., is a neurologist and neuromuscular medicine specialist with Norton Neuroscience Institute. He earned his medical degree from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine, Lexington and completed his residency at the University of Miami, Jackson Memorial Hospital, Miami, Florida and a fellowship in neuromuscular medicine at the University of Miami, Jackson Memorial Hospital. Dr. Lewis provides care for patients with myasthenia gravis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and other neuromuscular disorders. His philosophy of care is making sure every patient feels heard and cared for. When Dr. Lewis is not caring for patients, he is spending time with his family, including his wife, two small children and two pets. He also loves to travel, and play golf and tennis.
