Renee Spencer earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington and went on to earn her master�s degree in nursing from the University of Alabama � although she�s a diehard University of Georgia fan. She worked as a registered nurse for 16 years in labor and delivery, as well as plastic surgery, before becoming a nurse practitioner. When she�s not at work, Renee enjoys spending time with her husband and five children. Whenever she finds the free time, she also likes to travel � especially to places like Italy. She enjoys going to football games and baseball games and says she�ll never pass up an opportunity to see live music.
