My name is Xinyue Iris Guo, and I am an acupuncturist at UF Health Integrative Medicine. After earning my bachelors in biochemistry from Louisiana State University in 2012, I went on to earn a masters in biomedical health sciences from the University of South Florida in 2016. I then attended the Dragon Rises College of Oriental Medicine, where I received my masters in traditional Chinese medicine in 2021. I recently graduated from the Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine with my doctorate in traditional Chinese medicine in March 2024. I pursued acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine because I believe in the holistic approach toward health, addressing not just physical symptoms but also mental and emotional aspects.
