Denzel Hunter is a native New Yorker who received his BSN and MSN with honors from CUNY Hunter-Bellevue School of Nursing. After working for several years in acute care in both New York and California, he decided to shift his focus to outpatient care. He is an ANCC board certified Adult Gerontological Nurse Practitioner and currently works in the gastroenterology department where he helps his patients manage both acute and chronic conditions.
