Richard Horak II, II, MD

Dr Rick Horak was born in Cincinnati, Ohio and graduated from Kenyon College with a degree in biology. He attended Wright State University School of Medicine and graduated in 1994. Afterwards, Dr Horak completed an internal medicine residency at The Christ Hospital in Cincinnati. Life soon took him to New Bern, N.C. where he spent the next several years in private practice with Coastal Carolina Health Care. During this time, Dr Horak joined the United States Air Force Reserve as a Flight Surgeon and was stationed at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base in Goldsboro, North Carolina. For over a decade, Dr Horak honorably served his country and spent several deployments overseas in support of Operation Enduring Freedom/Operation Iraqi Freedom.
