Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare: The practice of surgery is both incredibly fulfilling and challenging. Being able to focus my skill on the management of benign and malignant breast disease gives me the opportunity to develop long-term personal relationships with my patients, to support them through challenging times, and to provide high quality care to the women in our community. What I want my patients to know about me: I strive to develop a strong relationship with my patients based on trust, compassion, and collaboration. A breast cancer diagnosis is often overwhelming.
