Louisa Whitesides, MD is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the GW School of Medicine & Health Sciences. She is also a part of the Division of Geriatrics and Palliative Care at The GW Medical Faculty Associates. Dr Whitesides received her medical degree from Emory University in 2016. She completed her Residency in Internal Medicine- Primary Care at the University of Pennsylvania in 2019. Dr Whitesides has been a Geriatrics fellow at George Washington University for the past academic year. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and is board eligible in Geriatric Medicine. She is licensed in the District of Columbia. Dr Whitesides has interests in medical education, medical ethics, and innovations in healthcare delivery.
