Receptionist Wanda is not professional. I inquired if they would please follow-up with the lab on bloodwork they drew three weeks ago and she told me that they are too busy that I could call the lab mysef. I then Asked if there was a reason why they don’t follow up on their orders for their patients and she said with over 100 patients per day that they did not have the time to follow up for each patient.
