Clark Kulig, MD enjoys the detective work of liver disease in terms of coming to understand the various contributing causes of liver injury. He also appreciates the behavioral side of hepatology, namely helping patients move through the different stages of behavioral change in order to help preserve and improve their liver function. He finds that by educating patients he can empower them to optimize their liver health and overall quality of life. Dr Kulig’s clinical practice includes the treatment liver cancer, liver failure, cirrhosis and hepatitis. Dr Kulig received his medical degree from the University of Wisconsin and completed his internal medicine residency at Oregon Health Sciences University, in Portland.
