These are the most wonderful staff I can imagine. My mother was admitted to Whitehall a few years ago for rehab a broken hip and replacement under Medicare. I thought our family was so blessed to be admitted into such a beautiful facility. After 30 days, the facility called me to tell me they were discontinuing my mother rehab due to lack of progress. yet they said she could stay under medical care for the would she developed on her backside. I moved her to the Forum at Deer Creek after looking at several facilities. They had her walking home in 60 days (on her own). 93 days later my mother broke her other hip. We went right back to the Forum and with the wonderful efforts of the Health Care center, she walked out and went home again.

About 8 months later mom fell and dislocated her shoulder. once again we went back to the Forum. After her 90 days of rehab was completed, we elected to have her become a permanent resident under Medicaid nursing home care. After getting over the initial feeling of wanting to go home, she realized she was safe, love, and cared for. Two years of happiness for her ensued. unfortunately, mom's health took a rapid decline and after a brief hospital stay, she passed under Hospice care.

Our family was so pleased with the love a care received at the Forum, time after time, and over two years as nursing care resident. The staff was great, mom loved them all. I highly recommend this facility and Staff.

it only proved to me that the appearance of a facility is no better than the staff serving your loved one. A+ to the Forum
