Modalities: I perform a variety of massage techniques, developed with personal care for each individual client. These include Swedish, Thai, deep tissue, myofascial release, and Reiki. I also offer modified massage for pregnant women, the elderly, and those who find it uncomfortable to lay on the table.
Benefits of massage include: reduced stress and anxiety levels, relief of chronic pain and muscle tension, increased flexibility, a feeling of well-being, and improved health for the entire body.
Location: I travel to you. This means you'll have increased flexibility and ease, but will need a space big enough for my massage table - a clear space of about 8' x 5'. You must be within Washtenaw or Jackson Counties.
