Based on my experience at this hospital, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends, family, or foe. They were terrible. This was one of the most confusing and frustrating hospitals I have ever been too. Forget about getting any of your questions answered, they are much too busy. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. I have a hard time getting any of the staff's attention and when I do they don't try to be helpful. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that only may possibly work. Do not go to this hospital. You will be in the ER for 12 hours plus with no food or beverage offered. They are under staffed and have no beds available if you are admitted. The nurses at the 6th floor nurses station are busy on their cell phone with their daughter or in conversation about their childs birthday party. Too busy with personal business than even acknowledge me standing there. When their casual conversation was finished they just looked at me like "what do you want". Excuse me for bothering you. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO FORBES REGIONAL HOSPITAL.
