Their equipment was modern. Their front office staff was not very friendly -- just matter of fact attitude. One front desk staff person yelled out patient names to get them to come to the desk for information or discussion. She talked so loudly that we sitting in the waiting room could hear her conversation with each client. She insisted one client pay a past due bill before being seen by the doctor but everyone else in the waiting room heard the conversation. It was embarassing for the client and for those of us overhearing it. The office has a problem getting prescription refills called in to the pharmacy for patients. There have been several occasions where my family has waited for a week on a prescription to be called in to the pharmacy only to find out it has never been done so the process had to be redone again and perhaps wait several more days. The doctor is very thorough and courteous. The doctor's assistant is also knowledgable and courteous but the office staff is certainly lacking in people skills! That is the only reason I would consider changing to a new doctor.
