Swabs for testing are not in sealed packages, instead they are left out on a dirty counter, on a paper towel, and there are items from examining other patients in close proximity to the testing materials. The tape for measuring the previous patients abdomen was on the swab that was going to be used. Not OK!!

Filthy waiting area, filthy front door, and entrance. Terrible parking. The nurses are rude and unpleasant. And you can expect to wait 45 minutes if you are lucky.

The doctor himself is like a split personality - Wears a tie and white lab coat in his nice modern, clean Norwalk office and says "oh, please call me Vitto" and in this scuzzy Stamford office he is not shaved, in a white tee shirt and says "First of all, it's Dr. Ferruci!". I pointed out that in the examoining room there was a speck of blood on the wall and floor, and instead of apologizing for the unsuitable and dangerous environment, he yelled at me to leave. He told me that I had "upset his nurse" by (politely) requesting sterile new testing swabs. Yes it is upsetting and it should be - and they should make the necessary commitment to a clean and safe environment.

Obviously, the patients in this office do not know enough - unfortunately - to insist on a higher quality of care - which all women deserve. This guy is as arrogant and abusive to women as they come - dirty instruments!!!!
