Advertising a non existing office should be fraud. I made the appt. Had to wait two weeks. Took off work early. I am riding up and down the road, can't find the office. I am calling, but no one is answering. Finally get an answer, and I am told they haven't had an office in that city for several years yet their website praises the convenience of that location. Then they tried to reschedule, which is borderline bait and switch. Completely unprofessional.

Their friendly and very caring demeanor and positive attitude really made my experience exceptional. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. Their kindness and empathy were outstanding. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were one of the best I've ever seen. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
