Dr. John P. Difiori was a major dissapointment. Dr. John P. Difiori examined me in less than 4 minutes, never even glanced at the expensive X-Rays I was told to produce. Came across as uncaring, uninterested, unhelpful, unwelcoming, uneducated and inefficient. I would not recommend Dr. John P. Difiori neither for surgery nor for minor issues. Dr. John P. Difiori does not inspire confidence in his practice, he comes across rather unpleasant, even for Sports Medicine doctor.
However, his staff, nurses and assistants were impeccably nice and better educated. I received a much better diagnosis from one of the younger apprentices and she was pleasant.
Warning: DO NOT get your X-Rays done at UCLA if you can help it, even if you have insurance they will tag ridiculously high extra fees if you order a copy of your X-Rays.
