Dr. Kirk takes the time to really talk to you and find out what's going on. He is not arrogant and intimidating. He will refer you to a specialist if the need arises. His wife, who is in with him, is very thorough and listens as well.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
