2. Know You Are Good Enough
It is easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of the Christmas season, and people often judge themselves or others on what they have accomplished during this time of year. Take the time to remind yourself, as frequently as you need to, that your baking, gift-giving, decorating, social attendance, or any other action, does not define who you are as a person. Completing a long list of expected activities does not make you a better person. It may make you a stressed-out person, but not a better one. You are good enough simply because you are who you are, not by what you accomplish during the holidays.
