The philosophy is to promote growth and change using the strengths and talents of each client to provide the foundation for increasing awareness, coping, decision making and problem solving. This approach takes into account and is guided by the idea that each individual is also a part of a larger network of family, school, work, community, and culture.
Our clinical experience includes working with adults, children, adolescents and groups with anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, ADHD, behavioral issues, and substance abuse. A full range of emotional, behavioral, and interpersonal issues is addressed using traditional and non-traditional (play, art, sand tray) therapy.
