Lauren Rogen, RD, CDE

Lauren received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at New York University and completed her dietetic internship at Harvard University and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts.

Lauren began her career as a clinical dietitian working with individuals throughout the life span from neonatology to geriatrics. She developed an eating disorder outpatient clinic at Rutland Regional Medical Center in Rutland, Vermont. Locally, in Los Angeles, she has worked at Santa Monica UCLA Medical Center and The Motion Picture Hospital providing medical nutrition therapy. She consultants with elementary and high schools to improve their lunch programs and has been a guest speaker and consultant dietitian at various local continuing education programs, health fairs, parent groups, athletic groups, and corporations, including Sony Pictures Entertainment and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Lauren is a full-time consulting dietitian in private practice and a partner at Medical Nutrition Network, LLC. She also works as the lead dietitian at the California Center for Healthy Living dedicated to weight management and healthy body image with the pediatric and adolescent population. Her areas of specialty are weight management, eating disorders, diabetes, gastrointestinal disorders, pediatric and adolescent nutrition, and pre-natal nutrition. Other areas of practice include cardiovascular disease, sports nutrition, food allergies, women’s health and geriatric nutrition.
