I specialize in reducing pain and discomfort in the neck and shoulders & low back/hips, as well as increasing range of motion and/or ease of movement.

While therapeutic massage is not a replacement of medical treatment or attention; soft tissue treatment does greatly compliment medical treatment by assisting the reduction of pain, helping musculature become more supple and flexible which can improve joint stiffness, improve range of motion and decrease joint pain by getting in and manipulating the soft tissue area’s that cause pain, restrict joints and reduce inflammation.
