I originally brought Tucker in 4/21/17 for hurting his RR leg the night before. I did not have an appointment, but I made it clear I did not mind to wait, because I did not want to drop Tucker off and pick him up later. The tech came in, asked a few questions about the night prior, we let Tucker out of the cage, and he walked around for ~10 seconds apparently normally. When finally seeing Dr Jenkins, she told me that they didn't find any other ticks, and that Tucker's X-rays appeared to be fine. I never saw the X-rays, and come to find out they were not thorough. I also never saw her examine him thoroughly for signs of pain. She suggested a shot of pain medicine that lasts for 24 hours, which I also said
