The equipment they used during my adjustment was very advanced and sophisticated. It made me much more comfortable knowing that I was getting the most safe, current treatment. They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.

I was confident that David Sime, D.C. was using the latest treatment methods. David Sime, D.C. always takes the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I wasn't worried about David Sime, D.C.'s equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. David Sime, D.C.'s staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
