Dr. Tom is perhaps the best doctor I have had. He is expert in both Western medicine and complementary medicine. He always spent time with me and never made me feel that he was impatient. His staff went way above and beyond. They were fantastic. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointments, but I've had to wait longer at other places. The office was easy enough to find and parking was easy right by his office. I was completely at ease during my appointments here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time..
