Once or twice, but not enough

Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. All the equipment at this office is old and outdated. It looks seriously dangerous. I've never seen a provider look so unprofessional. They obviously do not care about their appearance here because they looked like slobs. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag.

No, I was in a little pain but it wasn't excessive
Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate?
Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable
