I haven't been here since Dr. Betz retired. However, when he was the one running the place I received poor treatment which I believe led to the death of my dog. I will never return with or without Dr. Best.

Absolutely, they were an expert!

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did this provider use excessive foul language?
Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

I do not recommend this clinic. My 4 1/2 year old cat had to be put down by another vet on the Eastern Shore because he was not properly treated here for his condition. He had a staph infection and an underlying skin condition that Vet #2 diagnosed while the vet here did bare minimum effort to treat ONE symptom of his problems.

I recently moved to this area. My eldest golden retriever was not eating and acting lethargic. I took him to Dr Bailey at Greenbush Vet. He ended up needing emergency surgery for massive internal bleeding. The physician and his entire office staff were wonderful. The dog and I were very well taken care of!
