The staff helped me feel at ease during my first Botox procedure. Anya was especially attentive and helped answer a few questions I had. The procedure itself was pleasant and I have seen obvious results already. Very pleased with Michelle's work!

I was very nervous about my upper eyelid surgery. I had gone to a few consultations with a number of surgeons in the state, but Dr. Robinson was the only one that made me feel comfortable when I came in and asked questions. He did not try to upsell me procedures I did not need and listened to my concerns and addressed them. During the procedure I still felt nervous and the local wore off before he finished, however he was very calm, walked me through my crying spell, added more local and finished in what seemed like 20 minutes. He and his staff were so professional and responsive before, during and after my procedure - even when I was second-guessing my decision (as they explained would be a normal process in my recovery.
