I had something new done and it was all in all a good experience. I had filler injections under my eyes and I am very happy with the results and would definitely do it again. Ivette was super friendly and knowledgeable and I took her advice. I had a little scare 24 hours later as I expected tenderness and bruising, but was not expecting hard welts. For whatever reason my email with photos and questions were returned so I was frustrated that I had to wait to call and leave a message, but my call was returned the next day. In the end, the welts were gone within 4 days and like I said, I am very pleased with the results.

Everyone was so kind, sweet and helpful! Ivette, was like seeing an old friend! I was nervous as it was my first time having any Botox or filler. Ivette guided me through the process and helped me choose what was best for me. She listened to everything I had to say and never once did I feel judged or alone. I felt so supported by Ivette and the Robinson team. I am so happy with my results!
