I will never bring my dog back there again. I'm not sure if it was incompetence or just plain lack of concern but my furbaby could have died if I didn't take her to another Vet.

This place is a joke! Never seen such rude staff and look so unprofessional! No wonder Dr.Moore is so cheap you get what you pay for that's for sure! Also it's a very dirty place. It definitely needs looked into by the state! If you leave your animals for burial or cremation to Western farm's I can tell you this they will lay outback in garbage bags for a week or more cause she won't go spend money on a freezer,so by the time they arrive there bodies are probably decomposed... Also IRS has been after her for several years now I know all this info from a previous employee .so if you care about your pet's then I recommend going somewhere else...

I just moved back to the area after 15 years. Some people I know recommended this vet clinic. Just not happy with the way I saw some of the staff treat people that brought in their pets. One lady who said she would have trouble rescheduling was still forced to do so. Instead of answering questions face to face some staff were whispering behind a door way. Dont be in any type of hurry either. When I walked in the lady behind the desk said I will be with you in a second. After 10 minutes I finally just sat down. Will not be returning to this place again.
