Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

This veterinarian always sends reminder cards for pets annual exams and in addition to this we always look forward to receiving the adorable cards they send out during the holidays. I've never seen a vet that goes so above and beyond to make their patients feel appreciated. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
I have and I will reccomend A Pets Friend to anyone I know. I no longer live in the area, I have yet to find a vet to measure up to A Pets Friend, I would not have my dog today if not for them.

Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
