They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. I was very uneasy during my appointment and the staff was just laughing and carrying on in a very Redneck way. I was never able to fully relax. I'm not used to veterinarians not providing food and water for pets, but they don't here. They'll get it for you but you have to ask several times before anyone actually does it. Poor service and is very obvious they do care about the wellbeing of my animals.
