I tried and tried to get through to someone here last Friday and gave up in frustration. Now I have been on hold for 30 minutes ad have had no response. I need to find another provider for this medication.

I gave a one star rating only because there was no lower choice.

Last Week I received my order of Perforomist & Budesonide. I live in Palm Springs and the daytime temps are well over 110 degrees. The drugs arrived in a thermal envelope inside a cardboard box. A gel pack was at the bottom of the box. The temp of the gel pack was 111 degrees. The drug info specifies that the drug should be stored at no more than 75 degrees. I called and spoke with a pharmacist. She recognized the issue and sent another shipment. I arrived this morning. The gel pack temp was 91 degrees. Maybe these drugs should be shipped in styrofoam during the summer. At a minimum the gel pack should be inside the thermal envelope and not at the bottom of the box.
