Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. Whenever I have to go out of town I always use this animal hospitals boarding facility. My pet is always so well taken care of and gets so much love and attention from all of the staff. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. This veterinarian was extremely friendly, and paid attention to both me and my pet. They really made the extra effort to make us feel welcome and at home. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. The kennels and holding area for pets were so clean and spotless, I would recommend them for sure if you need to leave your pet for a few days. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. The people answering the phones seem to be lacking in knowledge dont always return calls however Dr Hank is awesome and took excellent care of my dog. I thought their pricing was very fair. I have been to other places that charge an arm and a leg and I was happy to see that they weren't one of them.

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They have the greatest designated area for pets to go to the bathroom here, which is extremely convenient. I never have to worry about scouting out a place for my dog to go pee and It is so well kept too. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
