We have 5 dogs and had heard there was a good veterinary at this office in Washington, NC. and the references were true. We had recently changed vet offices and although we pass our old vet office to come here, we feel we are receiving better care and attention for our pets. The office staff is very friendly and always greets us with a smile when we arrive. The office was easy to find and our dogs love going there. The atmosphere is warm, friendly and family oriented...no pretenses here. We drive further to get here but haven't regretted it one single moment...

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. When one of our cats was very sick the vet came in on weekend to check on him. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. We have three cats and we take them all to this vet because they are less expensive, more friendly and take good care of our cats way better than the vet in our own town! We drive an hour each way to go to this one but it is definitely worth it

We first found this vet in an emergency situation. We are relatively new to the area and had not yet begun to search for a vet when we had an emergency. They saw us quickly, were extremely caring and gentle with our dog, and we were stunned at how reasonable the pricing was for the services provided, we expected a much higher bill for all that was provided. And even in an emergency visit without an appointment, we were in and out in around an hour. Excellent experience, I would recommend to anyone.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They always educate me on what's best for my pets and give me great advice on ways to help them live a long, healthy, and happy life. I'm thankful for all that they do. My pet is so spoiled every time we come here. There is always food and water available and the occasional random toy to play with as well. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.
