Have been taking my dogs to see the Vet at Tarheel for over 20 years. I have never had a complaint with staff or Vets.

First time visit today for my 13 year old Chihuahua. The staff was very friendly. My fur baby was at ease with the staff and Dr. Kelly. We for sure will be using Tar River Animal Hospital again! Attitude of the staff and how my fur baby reacts to them says it all.

The only friendly/pleasant person was the young lady out front where you checked in. No one, including Dr. Kelly (when I introduced myself and said I guess you ar Dr. Kelly, she said she was having a bad day) bothered to introduce themselves knowing we were looking for a permanent vet in Beaufort County. And Connor, the vet tech, appeared to have never held a puppy before I her life. They showed absolutely no compassion, concern or care. I will never return to this practice!

Not willing to work an elderly dog in to be seen who had not been able to eat or drink anything for several days after practically begging them to see him. Do not care about their patients. If you care about your pets seek help elsewhere.

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time
