They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I've been to other vets that have designated areas for dogs to go to the bathroom but I didn't see one here. It really wasn't that big of deal though because there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine. One thing I did enjoy was the waiting room chairs. They were comfortable and I didn't mind waiting in them for the appointment. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. It's so refreshing to find a vet that isn't always overwhelmed by too many pets. They are able to spend as much time with you as you need and are never rushed off to see another pet.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
