They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. What really put my mind at ease was the fact that all of their office equipment was in superior shape. Everything was very advanced and very well taken care of. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I have been seeing this doctor for about 24 years and he is a dedicated professional that stays up on new developments in his field and he seams to be truly interested in his patients as human beings, not just patients. I am a diabetic and have referred other Diabetics to him.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
