From the beginning the information they give is vague and lab results are terribly slow. I was told 24-48 hours for lab results. It is now 8 days later and 3 phone calls later and still no information. They could at least tell me to come in and do another breath test or something but it seems like no-one there knows what happened to my test. In the mean time the pain is no concern of this office but they all seem to "understand", this is terrible!!!

Not only that but the assistant didn't even know what one of the medication i was taking ... she insisted that she was right so i gave up trying to explain what i was reading about the medication. Someone needs to start listening and quite assuming that all cases are the same. Being human would be a good start.
