The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.
