I brought my 6 year old to see Dr. Colvin. His office staff are so nice! He was very attentive and answered every question I asked. He was very professional and made the visit easy.

They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. It took four months for them to keep rescheduling my appointment. I took off work three times just to have my appointment canceled or pushed back without notice. There were two surgeons and neither one of them could make time. I would never recommend this place to anyone

Dr Colvin is very knowledgeable and great at what he does I have a two year old, and he has been with Dr. Colvin for over a year, and my son is comfortable with him. He answers questions to where you can easily understand.
I would recommend him to anyone that ask. My appointments never get canceled last minute. They are extremely reliable. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.

Not only did they not offer me a remedy, I had to go somewhere else to get help

I felt extremely pressured
