The Dentist was great and made me feel comfortable. The only thing I can say is the staff (front desk) is not very friendly! at the time I had Medicaid because i was on disability etc and they made it known to me how i am an exception because they one make 10 cents off the dollar for me and how it costs the company more to see me then profit. since they fixed my cavities i have not been back the receptionist really made me feel like a second class citizen. I know what medicaid is i know how people abuse it but many people are in hard times

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. -- I will post a review with they are done with my second visit. Right now I have a temp tooth in my mouth. lol.

Their bookkeeping stinks. I will be told one price to pay for my copay, only to have it change by hundreds of dollars on the day of my visit. I have put up with this for 20 years. i have had enough. The doctors and staff are OK, but I cannot play this game of "oops!" every time I go.
