This pactice is terrible. Rude, poor treatments, not children freindly. Two years after my family left the practice, they actually sent a bill that was four years old. Their billing practices are boarder line criminal. Look at other reviews on billing practices. I'm not the only one they have done this to. Now I have to fight to get my credit score fixed because of them.

They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. It was nice to know when I left that everything had been taken care of. Every time I have a question, the person in charge is always to help, the dentist and orthodontist are wonderful with my kids. They have never been rude to me as some other reviews have seemed to have had trouble. Sometimes you have to wait a very long time past your appt. time, but they do have a sign on the wall that states there may be a longer than usual wait time depending on the patient they are currently treating, which, to me seems acceptable considering,,if it was me back there, and I had a problem, I wouldn't want them to rush through it just to get to the next patient who is complaining it's passed their appt. time!!!!
I think they do an amazing job, great with kids!
