I went there to have my teeth examined, and instead they barely even looked at my teeth. I had barely opened my mouth when they told me they were finished examining them. I'm afraid they might have missed a few cavities. The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous. Everyone should be aware of the fact that this business is not in a very safe neighborhood. It was not what I was expecting and I was pretty scared to get out of my car. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. I was in excruciating pain during my entire procedure, and I asked for a local anesthetic but they just told me to deal with the pain. They had absolutely no compassion for me.

My son (age 4) recently had a cleaning, and then after a fall that damaged his teeth, a successive root canal. I was pretty nervous for him, as I imagined this being a horrible experience. The hygienist was amazing at letting him explore the different tools, was extremely patient with him, and made him very comfortable. Dr. Wickstra then came in and explained to my son, in very kid-friendly language, what he was going to do to make his teeth healthy again. My son never even winced once through the whole procedure. I was so thrilled with the entire experience, and even though they aren't (technically) pediatric dentists, I would highly recommend them to any family!

Dr. Wickstra has been a fantastic dentist for me over the years. He is very concerned about the local community and stays very connected with it. When I needed some special attention with a tooth, he was extremely helpful in dealing with pain and other concerns I had. I often refer people to this office and have never had negative feedback. Dr. Wickstra has also taken time out of his Saturday to help with an emergency. The staff is also very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend this office to anybody.

I am not going to refer my family and friends here. The first time I visited the office, I just about walked out because they took too long, but as I got up to leave they called my name. A couple of months or so ago, my husband went there, because I refered him. We were 15 mins early, had two kids with us, and waited for 45 minutes before we decided to leave. I thought that they were just having an "off" day when I had gone. While we were there, the secretary (who happened to leave the window open so that everyone could hear), received a phone call, (pparently)from a client. As she talked to this person, she rolled her eyes and seemed to talk to this person as if they were supid. She had another call, put that person on hold. I could tell it was her boyfriend or husband. She was asking if this person had goten her text from earlier about dinner plans. This whole time, the customer was still on hold. After About 3 or 4 minutes of talking to her boyfriend or huband, a client walked in. She took care of him, and THEN picked the phone back up to finish the call with the customer who had been waiting.....This is not a smart thing to do, she could have at least close the window =( I also have a friend who had the wrong tooth "taken care of" by this office........with all of this said, I will no longer be driving to Hamilton for a long wait and bad service......ps, who cares if the bathroom is "well stocked"???? OH....one more thing....Dr. Wikstra called my husband to see if he coud "make it up to him", but argued about my husbands visit with him, while my husband was working.......not cool
