They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional. They "scheduled me" three different times, each time i came in for my biopsy, i was not on their appointment list, or i was told to come in monday once, and they don't even DO biopsies on Mondays! i was very upset.

They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
