They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. But Dr Garcia is a wonderful doctor I don't mind the wait which make up for the lol standing section... The staff is wonderful except for one of the nurse practitioners she has horrible manners , doesn't listen , and is beyond rude!
