Compassionate, personable and really genuine in wanting to know about your issues. My entire family trusts Dana to take care of us and we could not be in better hands. I would recommend Baylor Family Medical to anyone that is looking for a true doctors office. Even the office charge is reduced if you pay cash that day. Never any issues and her assistant is always on the ball and caring when she calls back. FIVE STARS HERE.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

Dr. Bleakney is absolutely wonderful. The rest of the staff ... not so much. I always get the feeling I'm bothering them by coming in for appointments. They seldom, if ever, return phone calls. Every bill I've ever received has had a mistake on it, and three times I've had to threaten legal action before they'd even talk with me about the problems.

If Dr. Bleakney ever strikes out on her own and gets new staff, I'll happily go back to her. But no doctor, no matter how good she is, is worth the stress of this staff.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
