I found Dr. Glick to be a very good listener, easy to talk to, lets you finish talking, doesn't interrupt, and asks you what you think. And probably the thing I like best about him is that he does not push "drugs"...and will work with you on alternatives...that is rare. He makes you feel like he is truly concerned about your health.
