I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it.
